The signature
is not the end.
It is the evidence.

Other platforms stop when you sign. ResoluteSign embeds a tamper evident content hash, a full audit trail, and a verifiable Signature ID into every document you execute. Not as an option. As the standard.

What every signed document carries
Tamper evident hash

A SHA-256 fingerprint of the complete document is captured and embedded at the exact moment of export. Any modification made after execution produces a different hash, so the change does not go undetected.

Verifiable Signature ID

Every executed document receives a unique identifier that travels permanently with the file and can be verified independently at any time against the embedded audit trail.

Embedded certificate of completion

A certificate of completion is inserted directly after the signature page, naming every signatory, recording each execution timestamp, and citing the governing statutes. It is embedded, not attached.

No transmission of your documents

Everything happens in your browser. Your documents are not uploaded to a server, not processed remotely, and not stored anywhere outside your own device.

Automatic email delivery

The moment you send, every signatory receives a ResoluteSign email containing a direct link to their signing session. No copying, no forwarding, no manual steps.

Live audit trail

Every action, document upload, field placement, email sent, consent granted, signature applied, delegation or recall, is timestamped and recorded, and can be downloaded as a formal PDF audit certificate.

Platform capabilities

Built for work that
carries consequences.

Designed by a contracts attorney who has seen what happens when an executed document cannot answer a dispute. Every capability addresses a real evidentiary need.

Tamper evident hashing

A SHA-256 fingerprint captured at execution and embedded in the certificate of completion. A modification made after execution does not go undetected.

Verifiable Signature ID

A unique identifier on every document. It travels permanently with the file and can be verified independently against the embedded audit trail at any time.

Embedded certificate of completion

The certificate is inserted into the signed PDF itself rather than sent as an attachment. It names every signatory, timestamps every action, and cites the governing statutes.

Sequential signing by several signatories

Up to five signatories in a defined order. Each party's fields are colour coded and reserved for that party alone, and each consent is recorded separately in the audit trail.

No transmission of your documents

Everything stays in your browser. Documents are not uploaded, not processed remotely, and not stored anywhere outside your device.

Your own branding within an hour

Deploy a fully branded signing platform under your own identity, your mark, your colours, your wording. Operational within an hour, with no developer required.

The process

From document to defensible record.

Four steps. Every action timestamped. Nothing left to interpretation.

01
Upload

Drag your PDF onto the platform or browse to select it. Your document does not leave your browser.

02
Prepare

Place the signature, date, name and any additional fields directly on the document. Assign each field to the correct signatory and resize it to fit.

03
Sign

Each signatory types, draws or uploads a signature. Four statutory disclosures are acknowledged before any signature is applied.

04
Export

The executed PDF downloads with the certificate of completion, the full audit trail, the Signature ID and the content hash, all in a single file.

What every document carries

An audit trail that tells the whole story.

Every event in the life of a ResoluteSign document is recorded, from the moment the session opens to the moment the PDF is exported. This is not a summary. It is a complete record of what happened, in what order, and on whose authority.

Should a dispute arise, this record answers the question before it becomes a motion.

Legal framework

Signed on solid legal ground.

Designed by counsel who read the statutes rather than a summary of them. Every design decision maps to a legal requirement.

15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.
E-SIGN Act

Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act. ResoluteSign captures each required element, affirmative consumer consent, disclosure of system requirements, and a documented right of withdrawal.

Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Ch. 322
Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act

TUETA requires affirmative agreement to conduct a transaction electronically. The four part consent dialogue is designed to address the requirements of TUETA, with each disclosure mapped to a specific statutory provision.

eIDAS Regulation (EU) 910/2014
European electronic identification framework

The audit and certificate architecture of ResoluteSign was designed against the foundational elements of eIDAS, the identity of the signatory, the time of execution, and the integrity of the signed data.

SHA-256 cryptographic standard
Document integrity and tamper detection

The content hash in every certificate is generated with SHA-256 at the moment the PDF is exported, computed from the complete byte sequence of the document before the certificate pages are appended.

From the field

What practitioners say.

For years we accepted that the signature was the end of the process. ResoluteSign made us realise the signature is only the beginning. The audit trail turns every executed document into a defensible record.

The fact that nothing leaves the browser was the deciding factor for us. Knowing the document exists only on our device until we choose to share it is a different standard entirely.

The statutory citations are correct, the consent process is properly structured, and the hash verification works exactly as described. That level of attention to the law is unusual in a technology product.

We applied our own branding in under an hour. By the end of that afternoon it was live. Our clients assume it was built for us, and in the most important sense it was.
